Where do we ship?
We ship exclusively to US for now.
What is the Shipping Timeline?
Our warehouses are strategically located in US.
For orders stocked in our warehouses, they will take areound 2-14 business days to arrive.
For products that are coming from our international warehouses, it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive.
What are Shipping Costs?
We provide FREE shipping for all orders.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.
If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return
policy in order to get refund once you receive your product. Our
customer service team is on standby to help you out!
Can I return my order?
Yes, eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals included.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is provided promptly.

My package is lost or delayed. What should I do?
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at support@hausora.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
